1. Log In to Your Account

Click Join in the right hand corner of the homepage.

2. Navigate To Create An Animal Listing

On Desktop

Click on the “Create An Animal Listing” button on the left of the screen. Or navigate to your dashboard and click "Create An Animal Listing" on the left hand side of the screen.

On Mobile

Select the three bars on the top right, then select "Create An Animal Listing."

Note: If you don't see "Create An Animal Listing", click your icon top right and select the button "Switch To Seller"

3. Create Listing Title

Provide a clear and engaging title for your listing. For example, “Charismatic Golden Retriever Available for Film and TV Roles.”

4. Choose Your Category

Be sure to select "Entertainment Animals" as your main category and "Certified Animal Actors" as your subcategory. This choice will guide you to specific details to complete during the process, so it’s important to get this step right.

5. Write a Description

Write a detailed description of your animal actor’s skills, temperament, and special talents. Mention any notable achievements or previous work.

Example: “Rex is a highly trained Golden Retriever with experience in film and TV roles. He excels in obedience, tricks, and has a calm demeanor that makes him perfect for on-set work.” Certifications: Include any relevant certifications or training your animal has undergone. Highlight their certification status to assure potential clients of their professionalism.

Example: “Certified in Advanced Animal Acting and Temperament Approved.”

6. Provide Social Links and Website

Add your social media links if you want to show a potential client your social media page, training styles, website etc.

7. Choose Animal Type(s)

Check one or multiple animal types that will be included in the service you are providing. You can include other details like breed, color, size and traits.

8. Select Your Rating

It’s mandatory to include details about any relevant certifications or training your animal actor has received. If your animal is not certified, select "Not Certified."

The following certifications are completed in person by a certified wrangler or an approved agency and are submitted for verification on The Animal List. The organization or individual affiliated with your profile will review your certification:

• Level 1 - "Temperament Approved"

• Level 2 - "Certified Animal Actor"

• Level 3 - "Advanced Animal Actor"

• Level 4 - "Elite Animal Actor"

9. Select Breed(s)

Please list the breed or species of your animal(s), separating multiple options with a comma.

10. Select Color(s)

Provide the animal’s color(s). If the animal has multiple colors, select all applicable options.

11. Select Size

12. Pick Traits

Select the physical traits and personality characteristics of your animal talent to provide producers with detailed information and make it easier for them to find you.

13. Upload Profile Picture

Upload a high-quality image that clearly shows your animal’s appearance. This is the first thing someone hiring you may see, put your best photos as the first image. You can add multiple images.

14. Upload Video Reel

Upload video reels showcasing your animal actor’s skills and talents, including clips of them performing tricks or acting.

15. Provide Your Location

Share your location to attract local buyers and indicate your general area for influencer or content creator work. To protect your privacy, you can opt to provide only your zip code or city.

16. Schedule Availability

Indicate your animal's availability for bookings, including any specific dates or conditions, such as vacation days or other scheduling needs.

17. Create Your Package Pricing

Choose the number of packages to offer with your listing, clearly stating the rates and details for each. Include what's covered in the rate, and list any additional costs, like travel or special requirements, as add-ons.

18. Review & Publish

Review all the information for accuracy and completeness before submitting the listing for review.
